The CSV must contain the following column headers (in uppercase) and the format
and order of the data must be as follows:
- SKU (Required, either '[product code] skucode' or 'skucode' format)
- PRODCODE (Optional, will be prefixed to Shopify SKU if provided)
- BARCODE (Optional, leading zero will be added if not provided)
- TITLE (Optional)
- DESCRIPTION (Required for adding new product)
- VENDOR (Optional, but recommended for new product)
- QTY (Required, used to either adjust or overwrite if existing quantity)
- OVERWRITE_QTY (Optional, either 'TRUE' or 'FALSE';default)
- PRICE_CO (Required, e.g. 34.99)
- PRICE_SB (Optional, e.g. 45.99, Not Used)
- PRICE_SI (Optional, e.g. 56.99, Not Used)
- PRICE_CR (Optional, e.g. 67.99, Not Used)
- SELL_BELOW ZERO (Optional, either 'TRUE' or 'FALSE';default)
- IMAGE_PATH (Optional, must be the full path to a valid URL)
- COLLECTIONS (Optional, separate each collection tag using a semicolon)
- PREORDER (Optional, either 'TRUE' or 'FALSE';default)
- MINQTY (Optional, minimum re-order qty number)
- RRP (Optional, e.g. 49.99)
- SALE_PRICE (Optional, will overwrite PRICE if used else leave blank)
- SHOP (Optional, not used)
The CSV can both add or update information in Shopify from the one file supplied.
New products may be identified in Shopify by the tag: 'new_stock'.
When updating, SKU is a minimum requirement, but will not be updated. If additional
information is provided it will overwrite existing Shopify data.
